No Riding today!  Just extra rest.  My bike is in the shop getting a tune-up courtesy of Fair Wheel Bikes on 6th at Park (thanks to David from Wilcox for arranging this!).  I also went to Physical Therapy today where they tortured my feet with massages and made me do stretching exercises.
